That's the aqueduct at Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe in Kassel, Germany. It's a UNESCO site and it's breathtaking. A waterfall descends from the high stone aqueduct and there is a smaller waterfall and a pool in the foreground. There are trees to either side of the river. Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe near Kassel was the summer residence of Wilhelm II, Emperor of Germany.
